From Passion to Purpose
Asel’s love for video production started at a young age, and she has always been creative. She recorded little videos with a camcorder or performed with her brother for their family.
However, it wasn’t until later in life that she realized she needed to pursue her passion. Asel’s first production experience was in Kyrgyzstan, where she produced a TV program for the young generation, managing the production and editing of the whole program.
A Challenging Journey to Self-Employment
Asel’s journey to becoming a self-employed content creator and producer was not an easy one. After finishing her Master’s in Project Management in Berlin, Asel worked in various fields, including IT and project management.
Although she gained valuable experience, she wasn’t happy. It took years for Asel to realize that her true passion was video production, and she finally quit her job to pursue her dreams.

Asel’s dedication to her craft and unique style have already made her a sought-after director. However, she has her sights set on meeting three individuals who could take her career to the next level.
Alan Badoev, a Ukrainian movie director and TV presenter, Lora Kennedy, the casting director of Wonder Women, and James Cameron, one of the most innovative filmmakers who regularly pushes the boundaries of cinematic capability with new technologies, are at the top of Asel’s list.
