Debut Album No.I Released on September 23 – Pre-Order Now

Japan’s latest musical phenomenon, Number_i—consisting of Sho Hirano (27), Yuta Jinguji (26), and Yuta Kishi (28)—celebrated a #1 debut on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 with their single “INZM,” marking their second chart-topping hit. Their previous singles “GOAT” and “BON” also jumped significantly on the charts.

All three tracks—“INZM,” “GOAT,” and “BON”—were featured on Number_i’s debut album No.I (pronounced ‘Number One’), which was released on September 23. Pre-orders were available prior to release.

“INZM,” a dynamic take on the Japanese word for lightning (inazuma), was described by Genius as “…a ferocious three-part single,” combining nu-metal, old-school hip-hop, and EDM.

The track debuted at #2 on the Genius Top Songs chart. Fans were equally excited about the high-energy music video that showcased the trio’s electrifying performance.

Produced by Yuta Jinguji, “INZM” was the band’s second #1 on the Japan Hot 100, following their U.S. debut in April at Coachella’s 88rising Futures stage.

Their previous single “GOAT” had topped the Billboard chart and reached #10 on the US iTunes overall chart, peaking at #3 on the Hip-Hop chart.

The “GOAT” music video surpassed 68 million views and 50 million streams on Spotify, solidifying the band’s global appeal. Earlier in the year, they had released their mini-album No.O -ring-, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Japan Hot Albums chart.

The music video for “BON” gained 10 million views within two days, peaking at #2 on YouTube’s global music video ranking.
